IMPORTANT NOTICE: Smaller recipient group to get Flu Shots - Due to state budget constraints our Health Department will be receiving less than half the state-supplied vaccine as provided last year. Also, the vaccine MUST be targeted to individuals without health insurance, or where insurance does not cover vaccinations. Individuals with private insurance or are insured through government programs must make arrangements with those providers or use alternative outlets. Flu shots are widely available through primary care physicians, healthcare consultants, Doctor's offices and at local pharmacies, such as CVS and Walgreen's.
